Durnin, Wray Cornish and
Tom Schmidt accompanied
the van.
We are getting a lot of use
out of -our Stereo-eqiiipment
and one afterncion was spent
listening to many fine old,
records of the homes and
hank Bissett's. We were
happy this week to have Mr.
Chelut showing his slides of
'a trip made to Yugoslavia.
Mr. Chelut gave a very
interesting and informative

On Saturday afternoon,
August'.. some 60 relatives of
the family of the late Mr. and
Mrs. Peter Stewart of Brus-
sels gathered at the home of
Marie and Neil McGavin of
Walton. The Royal Stewart
Tartan was noticed in ties.
shirts and as decoration for
the name cards worn by all
the guests.
Visiting and reminiscing
took place on the roomy deck
of the newly-built addition to
the home. Ball games. boat-
ing and swimming in the
pond provided entertainment
for the younger members of
the group.
A smorgasbord supper was
enjoyed. followed by a trailer-
drawn hay-ride around the
farm and to the bush which
