The Huron Expositor, 1981-06-24, Page 5MRS. GEORGE LEITCH Mrs. George A. Leitch, of Clinton. died Sunday at Seaforth Community Hosp- ital. She was in her 90th year. Born in Hullett Township, she was the former Annie Jarman. a. daughter of the late Edward Jarman and the former Catherine Owen. Her husband, George A. Leitch, died in 1967. The couple had farmed in Hullett Township and follow- ing her husband's death, she had moved to Clinton to live with her daughter. She was a member of Londesboro United. Church. Surviving . are one daugh- ter. •Mrs. Wilber (Elma) Jewitt, of Clinton: five grandchildren and nine great grandchildren. She was pre- deceased by one sister. Mrs. Mary Carter. Friends were received at the , WhitneynRibey Funeral Notice Home. 87 Goderich St. W., Seaforth where a service was held 2 p.m. on Tuesday. Rev. Robert Scott officiated. Bur- ial followed in Maitlandbank Cemetery when-the pallbear- ers were: Ron Jewitt Bev Jewitt. Brian Jewitt, Gary Jewitt: Ralph Glew, Jack Carter.
