Sebringville on Tuesday. She Has in her 94th year. The former inn Marie Ryan, she was horn in Lon- don township on June 24. 1887. a daughter of the late John Ryan and Elizabeth Guest. A .graduate of the London Model School and of Coretia Abbey College. Tor- ontia. she came to Dublin in 1907 to teach at the Dublin school. Two years later on September 29. 1909 she was married in Our Lady of • Lourdes' Church in Toronto to Louis -James. Looby; a Dublin contractor. When- Mr: Looby died in 1938 he held the office of . Inspecting Trustee for Dublin, an office to which Mrs. Looby was named on her husband's death and which she continued to occupy , through several erealditstintit her retirement in 1951. At the same time she served on the Dublin Hydro Commission. During the war she was active in the formation of the.
