capital reserve funds.

municipalities if at its next meeting council
supports a motion-by councillor Paul Ross to
open committee meetings to the press and
public.

Mr. Ross in giving notice of motion.
"Seaforth can be. the leader rather than a
follower for small municipalities. • •
