Ball held recently in Tbronto at the Constella-
tion Hotel, 15 year old Charlie Malcolm, son of
Peter and Annie Malcolm of Seaforth, was
presented with the 1980 Champion Supreme Gr.
.4 Drumming trophy by George Forgan,
president of the ?iper's and Pipe Band Society'
of Ontario. Charlie is presently drumming with
the newly formed Bruce County Pipe Band.

The first of what organizers hope will be a series of
fund-raising 'gourmet dinners at the Van Egmond house
Friday ,night was inaugerated in fine style. As yan
Egmond foundation chairman"' Paul Carroll- welcomed,
about .30 diners and proposed a toast'to Col. Anthony Van
Egmond (whose 203rd birthday was last week), a sharp rap
was heard at one of the windows. Later in the evening.
