A splendid programme was given. Rev, 'Mr. Oaten occupied the chair in Ms usual happy state. Mr, Kerr, editor of the Brussels .Post, gave a 'very interest- ing and instructive address on "The Flag," and Miss Jamieson, of Win- nipeg read an essay on "Patriotism," which was eareftt;lly prepared and well delivered. 0.
