The weather has been _very favor- able as yet and many of them are now well advanced with their work. The Beef Cattle Industry. The acknowledged scarcity of well. bred and well -formed beef cattle in the country at the present time no doubt accounts in a large measure for the improved prices being paid by dealers and shippers for the class of cattle suitable for the export trade.
