BY FA YEA NNE LOVE This past year the Huron Centennial Senior Choir was conducted by B. Cooper and pianist C. LeBeau. There were 65 people enrolled, The choir participated in the Christmas assembly at Huron Centen- nial School, the Spring Concert at the schgpl and Variety Night in Clinton, for 'the Tuckersmith Sesquicentennial. They also helped with the new tape "0'• Canada". Mrs. LeBeau has accompanied choirs for 25 years. Besides, the Senior choir she also directed the Junior choir. She enjoyed running two choirs. Her favorite song from the junior choir was "Run for the Roses. " In the senior, her favorite was "Touch the Wind." Mrs. Cooper, conductor, believed the choir was a great success.' She enjoyed entering the choir in different events. She directed a choir for 11 yrs. She believes the choir sings a song better if it is meaningful to the children. Out of 10 people the favorite song was "Touch the Wind." All the kids presently in the senior choir would rather be in choir than in other dubs. JUNIORCHOIR The junior choir, conducted and arranged by C. LeBeau, participated in the Christmas assembly at the school, the new tape of 0' Canada and the Talent Show. The most popular songs were, in order of popularity, Rockin' Robin, Run to the Roses, Apple Red Happiness and Tears are not Enough. Both of these choirs have had a successful year.
