September 21st in Winghant and District Hospital. He was the son of the late James K. Ireland and Jean Ross. He farmed almost his entire life on concession 3. of Morris Twp. In 1919 he was married to Mary Isabel, Anderson who predeceased him in 1958. He was a life-long member of Brussels, Melville Presbyterian Church. He is survived by one daughter, Mary, Mrs. Stewart McCall of Walton and four grandchildren and three great grandchildren. One son. James, pre- deased him in 1977.
