Twelve residents of Huronview attended the Antique
Shc4v on Friday, August 11th'; at the Bluewater Centre,
Goderich, followed by a shopping spree. Seven other
members attended "Oklahoma" in Grand vend on
Saturday. VolunteerS were Edith, Landsborough and
MarleneForbes. The blind were entertained by Myrtle
Parker, at the piano on Wednesday.
At the Birthda Party on Wednesday afternoon, of last
week entertainment was provided by the Golden Radar
Club of Clinton. The group opened with a poem
"Friendship Door", followed by music .by Wat.
Webster on the mouth organ and Kin. Fleet on the
violin, Becky McKinley , and Leonne Armstrong
favoured with tapdancing numbers. Ida Godkin and
Leona Lo'ckhart gave a reading and Ken Fleet led
everyone in a.sing song. Birthday gifts were given to
"the residents,' and cup cakes ,and juice 'Were enjoyed
Bertha Diehl of Huronview thanked, the Golden Radar
Club for the entertainment and lunch,
FARMER 1N THE DELL Annie Allan's
attractive table arrangement won first rtze and
Mary MCLeod's second prize in'the farmer in
the: dell category of the Flower Show. The
arrangements were in a' farmer's straw, hat and
featured the beautiful golds, yellow, :browns
and oranges of the harvest season.

Marine and General
Hospital. Goderich.
Mr. , Taylor. who was
chosen over 32 other ap-

five years.
Mr. Taylor is married with
one\ daughter, He will ,be
assuming It's new duties in
Goderich on September 15.

North Street United Church in Goderich was the
setting for the marriage ceremony of Diann Elizabeth
Riley and Donald Charles Kellesti9e on Saturday, July
15.
The -bride is the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Alvin S.
Riley of Goderich and the groom is the son of _Mr. and
Mrs. Charles Kellestine of Goderich.
The Reverend John WOO officiated at the double.
ring ceremony. ,Mrs. Eleanor Hetherington of
Hamilton played the wedding music.
Miss Kathie Adams, friend of the bride, was-rda id or
honour,
Bridesmaids were Miss Donna Kellestine; sister of
tie groom and Miss Janice King of Saylt Ste: Marie,
cousin of the bride.
Groomsman was Jim Gemmill. Ushers were Larry
Sillery and Geoff Gibbs, all of Goderich.
Master Paul Steep was the ring bearer
The wedding dinner was served in the church hail.
The Revererid,,Ure Stewart of Seaforth, a family
friend, gave the blessing. Mr. John Buchanan'was
\\..r•naster of ceremonies and the toast to the bride was
roposed by Mr. Jack Mathison of Toronto.
The wadding reception followed at, Saltford Valley
Hall.
Prior to their marriage, the bride and groom were
entertained at social functions given in their honour.
Mrs. I1a Worsell was hostess for a neighbourhood bed
and bath shower. Mrs. Kim Colter held a shower for
school friends. A shower was held at the home of Mrs.
John Adams, where the hostesses were Miss Kathie
Adams and Miss Donna Kellestine. The groom's
• - associates at the Signal-Star Publishing Company also
presented the couple with gifts.
The rehearsal party was held at the home' of the
groom's parents, Mr. and Mrs. Charles Kellestine,
R .R. 5, Goderich.

Mary Anne Blake. daughter of Mr. mid Ilrlrs. Louis A.
Blake of R. R. #2. Brussels and Jack Vanden Henget of
R R. #5, Scaforth. were married.on July 15 in a double
ring ceremony at St. Ambrose Roman -Catholic Church.
Brussels. Father John Vanden Hengel. brother of the
groom. officiated at the ceremony. The maid of honour,
was Fave Peel, sister of the bride. of R. R. #2. Gorrie
and the ,bridesmaids wer6- Rosemary Loomans of
Seaforth. sister of the groom and Marie Nolan of
London and Lynne Davies of R. Brusscls..The
groomsman was Tony Vanden Henget of R. R. #5.
