The Seaforth Centenaties
continue to'have problems as they
dropped their last 4' gimes and
with only fear -scheduled games
left things don't 'look ..very bright.
- Last weekend Mt.. Brydges
Cougars took two weekend games
as they dominated' the local boys
who played both games short
handed.
Last "Friday at home the
Centenaires again took it on the
chin ats Tavistocis whipped
Seaforth by a 154eountt. Flaying
before only a handful of local
fans, the Centenaires not only lost
the ,game but Mike Feeney, up
from the Midgets, suffered a
broken leg and will be lost toboth
teams for the remainder of this
season.
Brace Blake with two goals and
Scott Wheeler with a single
markerwere the only bright spots
for the Centenaires as they •were
outshoi' 92 to 25. . .
__Again with only 10 players a
short staffed Centenaires squad
travelled to , Zurich Sunday
evening where the Exeter Hawks
Banded the local boys an 8.1
defeat.
Breee Blake spoiled. Randy
Lovie's attetnpt for a shutout at
11:33 of the final ,period.
The.- Centenaires are having
player problems as injuries and
poor team spirit are keeping
players away. With, only four
more ,games • remaining the
eentenaires exectitive are trying
to keep a team together to finish
this seasons so they don't have to
fold.
The team's poor record also
seems to • be keeping the fans
