pleasantly surprised when their
family honored them with a
wedding • anniversary dinner -at
the Blue Barn in Listowel on
Sunday, They had the pleasure to
be -married by the latter's
brother, Pastor Robert Rock in
Geraldton:

former's parents Mr. and Mrs.
Edwin Rock and Uncle Norman
Rock from Brodhagen;
They have five children; 'Mrs-.
Frank Wilson (Deborah), Water-

School and plays with the Sugar
Kings Hockey Club, and Tommy,

It looks like_ those bpys need
stronger competition. So-far they
have scored 82 goals vs. 18
against competition.

The Christmas meeting of the
Cromarty Ladies Aid was held at
the, hone of Mrs. John. Temple-
man with 9 members and 16
visitors. The president opened
the meeting with a welcome to an.
Guests Mrs, Eaton and Kim led
in a Christmas singsong. and*
favoured with a duet. Mrs.
Douglas read a story on Christ-
mas legend follow the signs.
Mrs. Templeman took her
scripture from. Luke 2.
l4rs, John Miller gave the
treasurer's report which showed a
balance of $1843.46. During the
business, it Was reported that a
Christmas tree had been 'bought
for the chureltand also that a ham
would be purchased for the Jarvis
family. •
Layettes will once again be
-made. Hymn 171 was sung.
Annual reports were read from
each committee.
