Ruby Elizabeth Beierling, daughter of Mr. and Mrs.. Herbert
Harold Beierling, R.R.2, Zurich and Robert John Sebben, son of
Mr. and Mrs. James Packham•Sebben, R.R.4, Stratford were
married October 23, in Emmanuel United Church, Zurich, on
October 23, by Rev. Bruce Guy. They were attended by Joyce
Kirk, Exeter, the bride's sister, Joanne Miller, D. ashwood, Ruth
Sebben, Stratford, cousin of both the bride and the groom.
James Molyneux, R.R.4, Stratford, Wayne Beierling, Varna, the
bride's brother and-Stanley Sebben, Stratford, cousin of both
bride and groom. Patti Lee Beierling. Exeter, the bride's niece,
was flower girl. Mrs. Milton Oesch was organist and July Miller
and Erika Frefter were soloists. Following the wedding.a
reception was held at Pineridge Chalet. The couple will reside at

THOMPSON = BAKER
Sheila Maye Baker and James Donald Thompson were
married on September 2S by Rev. Stanley C. McDonald in. the
Londesborough United Church. The parents are Mr. and Mrs.
Meade Baker, R.R.I, Seaforth, and Mr. and Mrs. John W.
Thompson, R.R.2, Seaforth. The bride was attended by her maid
of honour. Carolynne Thompson, sister, Doris Williamson,
friend Nancy Storey and the groom's sister, Sharon Thompson.
The groom's best man was Jack Storey and the ushers were
Andy Thompson, Neil Williamson and Bob Thompson. Sharon
and Bob Thompson sang two duets. Following the reception at
the Seaforth Community Centre, the couple 'honeymooned in
Northern Ontario. They are living at R.R.2, Seaforth.

Age Is Natio Years
'Age is not in years or so, it is
said,
It is simply a state of the mind;
"And if you are seeking for those
young in heart,
In the Halls of Learning you'll
Their interests. are many and
varied and keen,
The whole world is theirs to
explore;
They ponder and read and
compare and enjoy,
And then they begin to learn
more.
Their step is so full of a natural
bounce,
They surely belie their true age;
Life, to them is a wonderful book,
And each new day a new page.
But some have left their longings
behind,
Their vision has gone with the
years;
Their interests are few and single
and dull,
And life holds less of faith than of
fears.
Age is not years, or so I am told,
And I am inclined to agree
And now I am challenged to prove
it is so

Over 700 delegates attended
from 223 hospital auxiliaries and
volunteer associations across the
