1. Successful tenderers will pay the municipal
taxes on the land and the balance of their
tender to the Ministry. Payment to the
Ministry will be in the' form of a cheque
made payable to TAE TREASURER OF
ONTARIO. Payment must be received by
October 31. 1977.
2. No herbicides with the exception of 2-4-D-B
can 'be applied to any of the properties.
3. The pasture seed mixture to seed down lots
6 and 7, Concession 4, and lots 14 — 15,
concession 6, will be supplied by the
Ministry of Natural Resources.
4. Subleasing is not permissible.
5. There will be 'NO compensation or adjust-
ment for damage to crops as a•result of use
by wildlife and I or hunters.
6. The Ministry of Natural Resources reserves
the right to enter upon the properties and
Carry out any necessary management
activities.
7. Persons using property of the Ministry under
a Land Use Permit will do so at their own
risk.

to Designate
To Citizens of Seaforth
Seaforth Agricultural Society
Ontario Heritage Foundation.
Take notice that the Council of the corporation
of -the Town: of Seaforth, on .the 26th day of July
1976 decided to designate the lands and buildings,
known . municipally as (1) The Town Hall, (2)
Victoria Park, (3) The Round House, as property of
architectural value or interest under The Ontario
Heritage Act, 1974, 1974 S.O. chapter 122.
SHORT STATEMENT OF THE REASONS FOR
THE PROPOSED,DESIGNATION
(1) TOWN HALL built in 1893 - 94 is a fine
example of civic architecture in the last
quarter of the nineteenth century.
(2) VICTORIA PARK - including the bandshell of
about 1920 and the War Memorial is recom-
mended for its architectural and historical
value.
(3) THE ROUNDHOUSE - built in 1902 is a
particularly fine example of a two storey
octagonal exhibition Hall.
Notice of objection to the designation may be
served on the Clerk within thirty days of 16th day
of September , 1976.
