HomeMy WebLinkAboutThe Huron Expositor, 1976-09-30, Page 4Correspondent Vincent Lane' In my column two weeks ago.1 mentioned if this, dry weather continued, the beans should be mostly, harvested by the weekend. But as local people knOW, it has rained off and on for the, past lg days and about half of the large bean crop remains in the field waiting for dry sunshine weather. Every time 1 washed our car this summer, .it rained. This weekend 1 didn't, and now looks like it's going to be dry weather again. So if you see me driving arynd with a dirty car, you will know the reason why. We had, a leak in our gardge roof. So yesterday I fixed it. At least 1 thought 1 had,.but will have to wait for rain to prove it. it's not Jearking, now, so I win anyway. Personals Mr. and Mrs. Pat Murray.
