STORM DESTROYS MOST OF BARN — An
electrical and wind storTh Thursday night knocked
out, power in the north and western part of Huron
County for a few hours. High winds also destroyed
most of this large barn on the farm of Ernie Morue on
the 13th concession of Hullett Township. A beam
with the date 19_98 is visible in the photo. A
neighbour said Mr. Morue' plans to put .a torch to
what' left of the barn after anything salvageable is
removed. There was no•stock and little equipment of
value in the 110' structure but it apparently made
lots of noise wHeT---1 irwent ckwun. (Staff Photo)
