Moffett, son of Bill and Reta Moffett of Stratford were married at Duff's United Church, Walton, by Rev. Ed. Baker ohAugust 21. The bride was attended by maid of 'honour Connie Burke, Wingham and bridesmaids, Kathy Blake, Brussels and her cousin„, Joan Bennett, Walton and Pat Heipel, Kitchener, the groom's cousin. Flower girls were the groom's nieces, Kellie and Kim Piper of Dundas and the bride's nieces, Al issian and Lesley-Ann Traviss of Waterloo. Groomsman was Earl Anderson, Stratford and ushers were, Bruce McDonald, Kitchener, Keith Heipel, Kitchener, cousin of the groom and Dr. Brian Traviss, Waterloo, brother of-the bride. Elva Wilbee was organist and Don McDonald was soloist. The couple left on a trip to Northern, Ontario following a reception at the Legion Hall in Brussels. Church by Fr., P.A,Oostveen. Fr. J.M.Williams, , pastor of St. Joseph's Church, Stratford, delivered the homily. The lay reader was Ron Marcy, Stratford, uncle of the bride. Miss Lucille Rousseau, Stratford, was organist and accompanied the soloists, ,Rose Marcy and Patricia Crowley. The bride was attended by her 3 sisters, Wilma Knight, Stratford; Barbra Kittmer, Lakeside and Jeanette. Stapies-r Sea-forth and 'Patricia Doyle, London, niece of the groom. James Maloney, R.R.#5, Seaforth was his brother's best man. The ushers were Ferg "Kelly, Dublin, Warren Regier, Zurich, brothers-in-law Of the groom, and Jerry Staples, Stratford-, brother of the _bride. A wedding dinner and reception was held at the Brodhagen Community Centre, after which the couple left on a motor trip to the Maritimes.
