The. Bishop gave a very inform- ative sermon on the meaning of Confirmation. He said it is a Sacrament that .makes us adult members of God's family. He thanked Fr. Oostveen and the teachers for pteparing the class. A short question and answer period followed the sermon and Bishop Laroche commended the class for their excellent answers. They reviewed their baptismal vows and belief in the apostle's creed. The sacrament of confirm- ation was then bestowed on each candidate. Visiting priests were Fr. Coughlin, Kinkora, Fr. Dill, Dublin and Fr. Laragh, Seaforth. When the ceremonies were over, a social hour was spent with a lunch provided by the C.W.L.
