INCREASED YIELDS Drathatic increases in yields of cereal
craps, corn and vegetables have been documented in carefully
cOntrolled scientific tests at many locations throughout North
America. These tests give undisputed proof of the increased yields
that are obtained with magnetically treated seeds.
SHORTER GROWING PERIOD Shorter germination periods
and earlier harvesting are further benefits from magnetic treat-
ment of Seeds. The advantages for multi cropping in some latitudes
is self evident and the advantage of early cropping in the colder
latitudes is important. The Bio-Mag is simple to use with standard
equipment, is practically ind structibre and inexpensive. •

Meet people when they moved
here: Alf's parents Wad moved
from Owen Sound to John St.,
Seaforth and Alf and Loreen
stayed -with them for awhile while
their house was finished. The
couple felt the cost of Irving here
was quite a bit less than in OWen
Sound and they sold their house
there, hoping to build a new one
here and have "some money left
over. The new house cost more
than they expected and they've
been unable to build the fireplace
they planned because money is
tight.
The Dales didn't bother hook-
ing up a CB, antenna while they
were at his .paretns' house, even
though Alfie had been used to
having his radio beside him as a
link with the outside world. Some'
kind Seaforth people, Peter Kling
and Ron Riley, heard about Alf
and put an antenna up for him so
that he could use his CB
temporarily.
Then the pales moved into
their house, a bunch of- local
CB'ers put his aerial up on a
tower outside his house.
CB is a great way to• meet
people when you've come to a
strange town Alf and Loreen say.
"We must have met 12 couples in
two weeks," they say. ,
Recently friends took them to a
CB dance at Vanastra. (Alfie can
travel in the back of a van in his
lazy.boy chair.) There were about
400 -People there; many of whom
Alfie had talked to. '
The people you talk to on CB
never look like yOu've pictured
them, • both Dales say.
They agree that they .took a
risk, leaving the town where they
had both grown up (they dated for
five years and were. introduced by
their sisters) when everyone knew
them and the people were very
kind.
:It was a bit scary leaving the
doctor he'd always had, but he
told them "there are doctors
everywhere," Alfie said, Outside
of handing x over - his medical
records, Alfie hasn't had to see'
his doctor in Seaforth since he
moved here.
About a year ago Alf developed
diabetes' and because 'he had
problems with it, at first., Loreen
quit her job in Owen—Sound to
stay home with hitn. The diabetes,
seems to be under control now
and Alf says he's a "stable
diabetic.,"
The Dales are living On a 'small
disability pension and they hope
to supplement it with sales of
hasty notes featuring six weed
sketches by Alfie. The notes sold
Well in Owen 'Sound and the
couple are having them reprinted
and hope to find outlets where,
they can be sold in Selforth.
A lot of people who haVe CB
radio sets already know Alfie,
although maybe as the Pencil
Pusher. But everyone who's
talked to him calls him a fine
human being.
The description applies to both
Dales. Neither of them brood over
Alfie's accident and what he can't
do. They're concentrating on
what he can do and to them, the
future looks good.
