1950's. The stage piano is still there and the stage curtain is in pretty good shape.

ALL ALONE IN THE AUDITORIUM--., Ernie Davis, who stepped down as works
superintendent for Hensall this year after 24 years on the job sits in one of the
audience chairs in the town hall auditorium which he says was "a going concern
when I came here In 1951." Dances, plays,•operettas, community concerts and
public speaking contests were all held In the hall and It was used by Hensall Scouts:.

Prayer" followed by the Lord's
Prayer. An invitation was read by
the President, Mrs. Forrest. Mrs.
Windover read the scripture and

gave the meditation.
The minutes were read and
approved, the correspondence
was dealt with and the question-

the theme, Rev. G.A. Anderson
gave a talk on "Unity". A biblical'
quiz was conducted. The World's
Day of Prayer will- be held at S.
Paul's Church. It was decided to
