The' delegation said certain concessions were being opened too late b4r. the Township's ylows. Council explained that because of early bus commitments to students travelling to. North- western, Stratford, the plows were forced to open these roads first. With continued bad' weather this was proving,diftRult. It was, however, agreed that some would be made to try and assist the delegation. A trustee with the Huron Perth Roman Catholic Separate School Board, Vincent L. Young of Godetich escaped injury last Wednesday when his car flipped over on Highway 8, just west of Seaf orth. Mr. Young was en route to a , meeting at the HPRCSS office in, Dublin when he lost control of his car.
