There haven't been any births in 1976 in Seaforth Community Hospital and, hospital administrator Gordon MacKenzie said at press finite Wednesday that no one has been adiWitted to' the SCH maternity ward. The lack of a New Year's baby, who will win a number of presents donated by local merchants, when he or she finally arrives, doesn't mean that Seaforth's birth rate is dropping, Me,„MacKenzie said.
