Seaforth 6 Exeter 3' After a bad first period in which Lou Arts kept the Centenaires in the game. the local boys reboun- ded to post a 6-3 win over a strong Exeter squad. Exeter- scored at 8:37 with -1,3t•ian Taylor as they :peppered Lou Arts with 16 shots. T-he locals replied with just 4 shots but cyclic(' the score at 1 apiece as Rhine Caldivell scored from Dave McClure and Steve Southgate..,, ` The second period was a reversal of the.-•ffrst ,as Seaforth outshot the visitors 16.7 and counted 3,goals to move in front and —take a commanding lead. Gary Phillips, Bill O'Shea. and Dort Nicholson scored the Sea- forth goals. The third' period again saw Seaforth prove superior as Cam Doig moved thipocals pp 5-1.- Jamie, Caldwell with his second marker put the game on ice as he put Seaforth up 6-1.
