I t Will tlugs be seen that the world's
• ttwlleat erop is nearly 2,400,000,000,
In two years the product of North
Aliierica, fell off 237,000,000 -bushels,
whereas that of Europe inereased
225,000,000 aild South Americas, in-
creased 31,000,000.
The wheat product of America for
three years %vas as follows:
1891 1892 1893
United States • 612 • 516 396
Canada 60 48 41
Mexico . 12 10 10
Argentina33 30 • 57

Uruguay ., 3 3 5

America produced 81 per cent of
the world's crop in 1891, 26 per. cent.
in 1892 and only 22 per cent. in
1893. This will explain why a de.
crease of over 200,000,000 bushels in
the two years in America, has not ne-
cessarily been followed by (t great
increase in price. Europe produces
one-half of the entire crop and in 1893
her crop exceeded that of 1891 by
more than the falling off in America.
Here are the principal wheat • pro-

It will thus be seen that the when
• crops of Russia and France -stan
next to that of the United States, ane
the wheat crop of Great Britain ma
soon be surpassed by .that of Canada
- The falling off in wheat productiol
in Great Britain may be seen frog
