Brydges by a convincing 11-2 'score., Mt. Brydges, a new entry WO the League this season, were never in the contest. The first period saw Bill O'Shea open the scoring on ,a pass from Steve Southgate. Then Two minutes later Dave Watts on passes from Cam Doig and Jamie Caldtvell moved it to 2-0 and. Bill . O'Shea scored his second marker unassisted to put Seaforth up 3-0 at the end of the first petioclo Lou Arts played in net for the Centenaires during the first period and stopped 8 shots in holding Mt. Brydges scoreless. Seaforth added three more to their total in the second period as Gary Phillips scored from Randy McClinchey and Jerry Feeney for the 1st marker, then Steve Southgate converted passes from Bill O'Shea and Gary Phillips to move the CentinaireS up 5-0. Allan Murray rounded out the scoring'in the second period as he converted passes from Steve Southgate and Bill O'Shea. Mark Nelson stopped 9 shots in the Seaforth Community Hospital' has received the Ontario Hospital Association's Accident Prevention Achievement Award. The Award is presented by the Association's Hospital Accident Prevention Department, (HAPD), Seaforth PD During the week from September 24th to September 30th, 1975' the Seaforth Police Department Investigated 18 occurrences. The third .period saw Seaforth outscore their opponents 5-2. Gary Phillips from Cam Doig started Seaforth's scoring then Don Nicholson from Randy McClinchey and Gary Phillips. Mt. Brydges then counted their first marker as Ward Lashbrook scored only to see Randy McClinchey reply on a pass from Don Nicholson. Gary Phillips then scored his third marker to put Seaforth up •10-1. Mt Brydges replied as Joe Schnikenburger counted their second marker. Dave McClure finished the scoring for the evening on passes from Nicholson adn McClinchey. Larry Seymour played in the net for Seaforth in- the third period stopping 12 shots. A total of 23 penalties were called with Seaforth drawing 13 including a 10 minute misconduct The Centenaires are hoping to play several more exhibition games before the schedule starts.. The first home game planned 'to date is October 10th where Mt. Brydges returns to Seaforth. to the hospitals with the lowest frequency of lost 'time injuries among its staff. "Hospitals are classified into seven different categories, based on hours worked annually. Awards are presented each year to those hospitals in the province with the best safety records", says Doug Callan, HA PD Manager. Doug Callan adds .."Of the 148 hospitals now participating,in the program, eighteen Wave earned the Award this year. All Ontario h- ospitals and other health c e, institutions are eligible for it." Chairman of the Board ' of Directors of the hospital, Orayton Looby said, "I would like to congratulate all the hospital's staff on their earning of the Accident Prevention Achievement Award.
