'of his duty. They are Wilfred.

The trial of Reginal McKinley ,
Waterworth was adjourned to
trial in Goderich on October 27 or
a charge of mischief.
In other cases heard by Judge
Dunlop the following who pleaded
not guilty were adjourned to trial
in Seaforth court on November
19: Donald J. McLeod, Donald G.
Twyford, Douglas .L Southgage,
Ross Nicholson, Keith L. Price,
Gary Winham.
In other cases Judge Dunlop
levied the following fines: Gary
Douglas Young, $50. and costs for
the theft of two cartons of pizza
from a truck; Patricia . Patrick,
$150. and costs ano driving
license suspended for impaired
driving; Brian H. Smith, $25. and
cost: , for driving through a red
light; Joseph Martin Van Loon,
$40 and costs for driving in excess
of 50 miles per hour in a 30-mile
zone, and $75 and costs for
unnecessary noise on a Seaforth
street; Gary B. Buchanan, $75
and costs for making unnecessary
noise with squealing tires; Gary
Stephenson, $30 and costs for-
speeding in a 30-mile zone;
James A. MacKinnon, $100,
charged as a minor having liquor
and involved in a car accident, his
fifth conviction this year. Judge
Dunlop commented when
granting 14 days to pay fine,
"You don't deserve time for the
way you are acting".
Gordon Carnochan was fined
$50 when charged as a minor
having liquor and in a place other
than residence; John J. Delaney,
$50 charged with having liquor
contrary to Act; Keith
Harburn, $30 and costs charged
for driving in excess of 45 miles
per hour in a 30-mile zone;
Myles Price, $50 charged with
having liquor in a place other than
his residence and KeithPrice,
$50, charged with having liquor in
-a place other than his residence.
