The game saw Seaforth outplay London with shots on goal but failed to finish off these plays. Several new faces are in the Seaforth line-up as they showed a Ittle lack of experience but proved they have a strong team. Seaforth's next exhibition game will be this Sunday after- noon when they travel to Glencoe to play Mt. Bridges tri-County Jr. D. team. Then they have two games arranged for Seaforth to date October 10th with Mt. Bridges supplyingthe opposition and October 13th an afternoon game against the London Jr. C's. When the Seaforth Minor Hockey Association met this week to organize the season for the more than 200 children 'who will register for hockey, they found few adults were interested. Eight people attended the well advertised meeting, and they were the "faithful few", Clive Buist, rec director said. Former chairwoman Joyce McClure and Secretary Betty Bennett are stepping down and their positions must be filled immediately, Mr. Buist said. Managers and coaches are also desperately needed. Last year 213 area kids played in Association organized hockey but only 13 people . have volunteered to supervise them. Another meeting has been called for Monday, September 29 at 8 p.m. All interested parents are asked to attend. The rec . director says that people who are interested in a coaching or executive role this year who can't attend MOnday's , meeting should contact either Joyce McClure or Pts. the recreation office. •D•S•A• SOCCER St. Columban vs St. Marys SUN SEPT. 28 at 2 p.m. in St. Columban :AMMIMMVAMAMQW•M xpositoit
