A BOMB —' Constable Fred Muelner, of Sebringvllle Ontario Provincial Police asked the .question, but one of the kindergarten students answered it. He was showing students at St. Patrick's School in Dublin a flare used for accidents. One student asked him to light it, and he said why not? Later, as the class of Doreen Nogalo peered into a truck, a little one said there are more in there, but the education officer stopped short of surrounding the police car with flares as normally occurs when an accident happens.
