"World full' of Stran- gers" was the subject for studY read by Mrs. Jas.. Keys. "Islands in the Sun" was read by Miss Belle Campbell. Mrs. Ivy Scott read a portion from the study material also. Hymn 376 was sung followed by all repeating the Lords Prayer in unison. Lunch was served by Mrs. Keys' group. d• xpositort Amidst mauve gladioli and yellow chrysanthemums Gary Michael Friedman, son of Max Friedman and the late Mrs. Friedman of Point Edward, was married to Mauieen Mae Hoegy, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Lavern Hoegy of R.R. 1, Dublin, in a double ring ceremony held at 010 Cavan United Church in Winth- rop, at 5:30 p.m. July 26. Rev. T. E. Hancock officiated and Mrs. Arnold Scott played the traditional wedding music. The matron of honour was a sister of the bride, Yvonne Coultes of Wingham and the flower girl, Angela Coutles, Both wore long floral satin dresses with short sleeves, empire waist and buttons down the front. The bridesmaids were Joanne Murray of Kitchener and the the bride's sister, Brenda Nicholson of Tim- mins. The girls wore similar dresses of mauve and pink and carried SANDRA COLEMAN daughter of Mr.. and Mrs. Francis Coleman R.R. 1 Seaforth, graduated on July 29, 1975' from Fanshaw 4' College, School of Nursing, Woodsto)3k Campus. • She has accepted a position at Parry Sound District General Hospital. The groomsman was Jim Gall- oway of Point Edward, and the ushers were Douglas Hoegy of R.R. 1, Dublin and David Tried- man of Sarnia. Ringbearer was Scott Hoegy. The bride wore a white satin gown with long Victorian sleeves. The bodice was accented with lace, and the A-line skirt extend- ed into a long train. She carried a bouquet of red roses, lilies of the valley, baby's breath and myrtle vines. The reception was held in Brodhagen Community Center, and the .mother of the bride greeted guests wearing a long yellow chiffon gown with floral bodice and a corsage of orange roses. The couple will be taking a wedding trip to Vancouver and on their return will reside in Sarnia.
