The bride is the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Jack Butson, Staffa, and the groom is the son of Mr. and Mr. Thos. Young, Seaforth. ' Miss Janis Brown, London, was Brodhagen Correspondent Mrs. Lavertt Wolfe Pastor and Mrs. Arthur Horst, Lois and Steven have returned home from their vacation: They were guests of Mr. and Mrs. Gilbert Walters, Tomstown. The latter is a sister of Pastor Horst. They also visited with Mr. and Mrs. John Love, Ajax. The latter is a sister of Mrs. Horst. We say welcome home. Kyle Scott son of Mr. and Mrs. Gordon Byers was baptised Sun- day morning in St. Peters, Lutheran Church. Pastor Horst officating. The sponsors were Mr. and Mrs. Leonard Miller, Kitch- ener. There were-white carnations on the alter for the late Mr. and Mrs. Ed. Rose, placed there in loving memory by the family. The Rose family Reunion was feld at the Brodhagen Community Centre on Sunday. There was a basket of flowers in the church from the funeral on Monday, of Mrs. Walter Kipfer who lived in Brodhagen with her husband and daughter in tthe Lavern Wolfe residence till mov- ing to Mitchell. There was also a basket of flowers in church on Sunday from the funeral of Mr. Dave Eicksnei,-- held on. Wednesday. His wife, Melinda Benneweise, was a former member of St. Peters Church. Mr. Ervin Miller is now a patient in Scatorth Community Hospital from the Qeneral Hosp- ital Stratford. Mr. Norman Bode accompanied Mr. and Mrs. Jim Elliot and boys Listowel to visit the latter's maid of honour, and best man was Lyle Haney. Seaforth. Visitors with Mr. and Mrs. Lavern Wolfe and Mr. and Mrs. Lorne Wolfe were Mr. and Mrs. Harvey Burns, Gadshill, Mrs Edna Cole Waterloo, Mr. Otto Kuntz, Ritz Villa and Mr. Carl Schillenberger, Mitchell. Mrs. Robt. Hulley Mr. and Mrs. George Smith of Walton. Mr. and Mrs. Eugene St. Louis, Londesboro, and hjiss Mae Smith of Seaforth, travelled to Drisdan, Kingsville Essex, Windsor, Detroit, and Riverside. On their way they stopped to visit Norbert St Louis of Maidstone and Mr. and Mrs. James St. Louis of Riverside, Mr. and Mrs. Robert Hulley visited on the weekend with Mr. and Mrs. Gordon Hulley at their cottage at Little Snake Canyon. Miss Nickolette Kanter of Oshawa is luilidaying with Miss • Sandra Finney. Nickolette was Sandra's Rural Exchange guest two years ago. Also on the weekend with Sandra and Debbie Halloway.
