The building, on South Main St. is BASKETBALL TEAM IN 'DARING UNIFORMS' In t913 the Seaforth Collegiate Institute girls basketball team, the first team to play away from Seaforth, in an outdoor game in Clinton, posed for a photo. They are, rear, left, Callesta Malone, MaryHabkirk, Ethel Beattie, ,Margaret Edge, front, Agnes. McKay, Sadie McClay, and Edith Govenlock. It wasn't considered proper then for the girls to wear their basketball uniforms on .the street - - - they were too revealing.
