last January in Jamaica working
with "Operation Friendship".

dental work there. Mrs. Edythe
Coleman gave the courtesy
remarks.
The meeting closed with the
Benediction' after which a snack
and social half hour followed.

prayer. It was announced the
convention will be held in Wind-
sor in May and resolutions were
read and discussed. Mrs, Ron
Murray and Mrs. Dan O'Rourke
Will visit the sick for April. Mrs.
Frank Kistner and Mrs. Peter ,

evening; April 16 with twelve
members present. The president,
Mrs. John Miller presided. Roll

Mrs. Eldon Allen was hostess
for the. April Meeting of the
Marian Ritchie Evening Auxiliary
on Tuesday night. Jean Carey
presided and opened the meeting
with a reading on Pentecost.
Hymn 723 "Birds are Singing"
was sung followed by the scrip-
lr ture, Hebrews 6: 1-20 read by
Mrs. Frank Hamilton.
Mrs. Allen was in charge of the
study book on rural missions and le
was assisted by the 10. members r
and- 6 guests. The study
compared the methods and
results of Missions conducted in
Taiwan, Canada, India, Korea
and Nigeria.
The roll call was answered with
a verse on Growth. During the
business, Mrs. F. Hamilton
announced the Presbytery bus
tip to be taken to the Niagara
district on May 7. The topic on
Creation and Growth was, taken
by Mrs. Robert Laing. The
meeting dosed with Hym 270,
"Breathe on Me, Breath of God"
and the Lord's Prayer.
Following the meeting, a silent
iv auction of crafts.; sewing, baking
and plants was held. Mrs. Alex
Miller also had a display of
Amway Products.
Sleeping Beauties
Staffa No 2 4-H. Homemaking
Club, the Sleeping Beauties, and
their leaders, Mrs. Charles Doug-
las and Mrs. John Wallace took
