Ralph WIcNichol, McKillop Township, chairman of the Huren County Road. Committee, was on
hand at the recent Ontario Good Roads Convention in Toronto to present Huron County
Engineer Jim Britnell, OGRA chairman, with a watch in honor of the recognition he has
brought to this county during his term of office. According to Huron Warden Anson McKinley,
the county might "be a long time seeing it again", that a county engineer rises to OGRA
chairman. Mr. Britnell has been in Huron County's service since 1956.
