The report of the county property cote,
irtittee, Which was adnpted, read as follows:
TbaG we have exasmeed the jail and found
everything clean and in good order and the
number of iumates to agree with the jail-
or's report. We would recommend that
cloth for two dozen shirta be supplied to
jail. With reference to leaks in roof of
jail complained of, we would recommend
that the county commissioner have the
necessary repairs made. Tenders for coal
and wood were laid before your committee.
We find that the lowest tender had been
accepted is all cases, in regard to corn.
munieation from boiler inspector and in-
rurance companf and report of county
clerk re insurance on county buildings --
we would recommend that a committee
composed of the Warden, Clerk and Trea-
surer attend to renewals of insurance from
time to time as required. We would ie.
commend that a new hardwood' Boor be
put in the treasurer's room; that the floor
in tha county clerk's office be repaired;
that the walls in judge Doyle's room be
repaired and kaisomined; that two new
storm doors be put in paaaages stn court
house; that a short piece of hose be Match-
ed to feed to boiler to be used in sprinkliug
the boiler room; that a glass grote be put
in floor and watt in front of the boiler is
insufficient. We find that the walls of the
furnace are cracked. We would recom-
mend that the caretaker fill the oracke
with cement and that no wood or inflam-
