Many service clubs do the same, and if it 'were not for the dedi- cation, of the member-s of these various organizations there would be very little done in the way of helping others. The Royal Canadian Legion does not expect to take the credit for the success of their programs, they do appreciate the fact that their members are willing to work in order to carry out theii• aims, however if it were not for the most generous support of the public it would be impossible to fulfill any of theSe extensive programs. So let us never forget that without the unhesitating help of the public our, organization would be much less effective.
