pf the,/people worked 'for $1119Wed,
their gratitude. '
A. major difficulty encount-
ered was that once the workers
arrived, the senior citizens
sometimes took advantage of the
workers by insisting that more
work be done, although time' had
ttot been alloted for' it. This
was due to the fact that when the
appointment was Made, they had
asked for one specific job and
when they asked for more to be
done, the appointme.nts became
backlogged. This resulted faiths
need to hire extra help.
Generally -the project Mem-
bers feel that this summer was
a great, experienee and oppor-
tunity for them, and were glad to
• have shared it with the senior
citizens of Seaforth. Hopefully
these services will not end' here
and will be continued by some
interested groups or persons in
the community. Again, thank you
to all those who helped in any
way. Project workers were:,
Rosemary Newnham, Dean Cor-
nish, Sandra Johnston, Gerry Sa-
raras, Vickie Miller, and Ruth
Anne Dunlop.
