Mr. Dougla,s who is survived by five daughters and two sons,' was the husband of the former • Nettie Crich of Tuckersmith. Burial followed on wednes in Strasburg. 1500th MEMBER FOR FEDERATION Ronald Gordon, a Morris township farmer, became the1500th member of the Ontario Federation -of Agriculture in Huron county on Thursday when he signed his membership in a small ceremony ' on his farm. Mr. Gordon, his wife, son and daughter run a mixed farm on the eighth concession- df:Merris with beef and•dalry cattle and h"Oks. He has farmed-In Morris for 21 years after growing up oh his father's,,farm in Grey township which is still run by his brother Bill. He, was sold hiunembership by Bill Pullen (right) R.R.2, Blyth, a neighbour front just down the' road. He said he purchased the membership because he feels it is important for farmers to have a strong voice.
