TAKE *OTICE that,the Council of the Corporation of
the TOwn of Seaforth intends to apply to The Ontari
Municipal Board pursuant to the provisione of Section 35
of The Planning Act for approVal of By-law No. 917 passed on
the 14th day of May, 1973. A copy of the by-law is furnished
herewith. A note giving an explanation of the pp
effect of the By-law and stating the lands affected is also
furnished herewith.
ANY PERSON INTERESTED MAY, within fourteen (14)
days after the date of this notice, send by registered mail

objection t o approval of the said by-law, together with a
statement of the grounds of such objection.

enacts as follows:
1. Notwithstanding the provisions of By-law No. 794,
as 'amended, a' car-wash is allowed to be established' on
Lot No. 43 and the,' north half of Lot 44, all in'the Jarvis
Survey' of part of the Town of Seaforth subject to the
following provisions: '4.-
(a) The site plan and building lay-mut as shown on
Schedule "A" hereto annex,,ed shall be adhered to in

It is the intent of this by-law that a car wash shall be
permitted on Lot 43 "and the north half of Lot-44 in the
Jarvis Survey. This land is on the west side of Main Street
south and was formerly used by Vincent Farm Equipment
Limited to display farm implements.
The effect of this by-law will not be to re-zone this
land but -to- allow the 'Oar wash as anon-conforming use in
accordance with-the attached site plan.
