ber members attended the 25th
birthday anniversary at the At-
wood Community Centre of Monk-
ton Star Lodge ; when over 250
'people were- in attendance. 'The
Rebekah members and Odd-
Fellows will be attending a church
service in Hensall United Church
on May 20. -

golden wedding
Mr. and Mrs. Earl Kinsman of
RR .2, Staffa, celebrated their
fiftieth wedding anniversary Sat-
urday with a reception held at
Chiselhurst United Church atten-
ded by a wide host of friends and
neighbours.
-1 A family dinner party was
held for them at Hotel Hensall
Thursday. •
Wittr the couple for the cele-
brations were the attendants at
their wedding fifty years ago,
Mr. and' Mrs. Roland Williams of
Exeter.
They were married on May 5,
1923, in the Methodist manse in
Hensall by 'the late Rev. Wesley
Rivers. They farmed in Tuck,
ersmith Township but have been
living retired on the farm the
last few yearS.
Mrs. Kinsman, is the former
Eliza Wallis, the daughter of the
late Mr. and Mrs. Cicero Wallis
of Granton. Mr. Kinsman is the
son of the late Mr. and Mrs.
Wkiliam Kinsman of Tuckersmith
Township.
The couple has two sons and
two daughters, Mary of RR 2,
Staffa; John of RR 2, Staffa, Lei-
ta, Mrs.. Russell Ferguson, of
RR 1, Hensall; and Robert of RR
2, Kippen. They have nine grand-
sons and two granddaughters.

The. Huron County Milk Corn
mittee has decided to rejoin the'
Huron •County Federation of
Agriculture after a,1 absence' of
several yArs.
The decision of the committee -
announced at the regular meeting
of the HFA Thursday night in
Clinton by Martin Ream of Walton
brings to;,'eight the number of
organizations who have affiliated
with the HFA for 1973.
The others are the.Seafo7th
Farmers' Co-Operative;, the
Huron County Development Com-
mittee; the 4H Club Leaders
Association; the ,Ontario Egg
Producers' Marketing Board; the
,Huron County Beef Improvement
Association; the Huron County
Soil and Crop Improvement As so-

Club.
Mr. Bean', commenting on the
milk scene at present also noted
that althought the increase in the
price of industrial milk has been
announced as a 80 cent hike, in
many cases it will not because
the, floor price exceeded the old
price. Inmost cases, he said,
the increase' would be more in
the line of 40 cents.
