Christmas was the theme of
the Catholic. women's League
Bazaar on Saturday. Bazaar
shoppers enjoyed tea from a
table centred with a poinsetta
arrangemt and candelabra. Red
candles on crystal bases glowed
on the individual tea tables. A
gaily decorated Christmas tree
twinkled in the corner of the tea
room.
The guests were greeted by
the President,' Mrs. AlvinSmale,
and Mrs. Wm. McMillan first
vice president. In the tea room
Mrs. Joseph McConnell was tea
hostess and Mrs. John J. Mal-
oney and Mrs.. Ewart Wilson
were convenors. Pourillg tea
were Mrs. Alvin Hoff, Mrs. C.
P. sins, Miss Marguerite Dunn,
and Mrs. J. L. Slattery.
Serving tea were Mrs. Ken
Vincent, Mrs, James Nash, Mrs.
Jack Bedard, Mrs. Russell pr-
Ingle, Mrs. Donald Stewart, Mrs.
John Jansen, Miss Mary Flan-
