Steve Murray on September 30 to
mark their 35th wedding anni-
versary. The anniversary party,
planned by their family, was a

After an evening of Cards,
Mr. and Mrs. Murray received
many gifts. A smorgasbord lunch
was served from arable centered
with a three-storey anniversary
cake.
Mr. and Mrs. Murray were
married October 9, 1937 in St.'
Columban Church by the late
Fr. J. Dantzer. Mrs. Murray,
the former Agnes Delaney, isthe
daughter of the late Mr. and Mrs.
John Delanft andMr. Murray, the
son of the late Mr. and Mrs.
John Murray. The attendants,
Mrs. Adrian (Bridget) Flue and
Raymond Murray, were also
present. Mr. and Mrs. Murray
have, a family of 4 sons - Bob,
Paul, Ken and Larry.

of Zambia, Africa will speak to
both the Sunday School at 10:00
a.m. and the ,congregation at
11:00 a.m.
After completing thirty-five
years of service with the Bell
Telephone Company, mainly is
a Hupermising Installation Fore-
man, Mr. Glaves was appointed
by the Board of World Mission
In 1968, to serve in the Senanga
Hospitaly under the directioA of
the United Church of Zambia. Be
is responsible for the main-
tenance of equipment and the
administration of the hospital.
Special events have been plan-
ned for each of the nights of
church week including: •

by the young people of the
Church.
Tuesday An evening arranged by
the Cubs and Scouts.
Wednesday - An evening arranged
by the Explorers and C.G.LT.

on October 25. Mrs.liena Cald-
well, Hensall, was the special
guest, and gave an interesting talk
and showed slides on her trip
to Alaska. A supper followed
served by the losing team in
the copper contest.
