The annual Harrison PiCnic
was held at the Lions Park in
Seaforth on June 10th. It was
not a very warm day but all
• enjoyed an afternoon of sports.

lars . and ruffled bodice. They
wore miniature blue bows in
their hair and carried baskets of
pink mums and pink and yellow
shasta daisies with blue 'ribbon
and ivy. Flower girl and ring
bearer were Ann and Michael
Julion, small cousins of the bride
from BaltimOre, Maryland. The,
flower girl was dressed similar
to the bridesmaids. •
. Mr. Jim Marlock attended
his brother as best man. Ush-
ers were Greg Renwick of Hali-
fax, N.S., Mike McKeough of
London and Bill Cameron,
brother of the bride.
Dinner and a recption were
held at tire Community Arena.
The bride's Mother received
her guests in a floor length gown
of pale lime polyester georgette.
She wore a corsage of —yellow
roses. She was assisted by the
groom's mother who wore a long
gown of pink polyester crepe
and a corsage of pink and white
carnations.
For, travelling te Muskoka,
the bride wore a two piece white
suit with nautical overtones and
a corsage of red roses. Upon
returning home from their honey-
moon the young couple will reside
in London.

ernacle,..Godericli, June. 10,
at 3 p.m. The bride is the daugh-
ter of Mr. and Mrs., Jelin Smith,
Seaforth, and the groom is the
son of Mr. and Mrs. Wm. Hoy,
Goderich, Ont.
The double ring ceremony
was performed by Rev. R.Clark
of Manitoulin Island. Traditional
wedding music was played by

The bride, given in marriage
by her father, chose a white ern-
, pire waisted gown of peau de
sole with full Juliette• sleeves
and high neckline, her four tier
nylon illusion veil trimmed with
pearls• was held in place by a
organza and pearl headpiece, she
carried white daisies and mauve
and purple" carnations on a lace
covered white bible.
Miss Jeanette Watterworth,
cousin of the bride, as maid of
honour, chose a long mauve gown
trimmed •with purple bodice and
carried yellow- daisies with
mauve and pUrple carnations.
Rev. Paul Hoy of London,
brother of the groom,, •was best
man, and the guests were usher-
ed by Stephen Smith, brother of
the bride.
A reception was held at the
Bedford Hotel,, Goderich. The
bride's\m-other received the
guests in a mauve and white poly-
ester dress and wore a corsage
of yellow roses. The groom's
mother assisted wearing a
shrimp lace dress and wore a
corsage of white roses.
For their trip to the Thousand
Islands, the bride wore a yellow
dress rimmed with white lace.
The couple will reside in Coder-
ich. Prior to her marriage, the
- bride was entertained at the home
of Mrs. Neil HOdgert for a neigh-
bourhood shower. A miscellan-
eous shower was held at the home
of Mrs. Ferg McKellar. A show-

United Church on June 24 at
4:30 p.m.
The bride is the daughter 'of
Mr. and Mrs. James V. Randall
of Hensall and the groom is the
son of Mr. and Mrs. Eldred B.,
Zimmerman of Temagami,
Ontario.
Mrs. John Turkeim, Zurich
played tradition wedding music.
The bride chose a floor-length
gown with a smocked bodice, and
full chiffon skirt. A lace band
accented the natural waistline..
The bodice featured a Peter pan
collar with a ruffled eage,
smocked .sleeves to the elbow,
then• extending into a puffed
sleeve with a ruffled cuff.
She carried a bouquet of orange
sweetheart roses and white min-
iature carnations.

terian Church, Hensall, uniting
in marriage Christene Jessie
Cameron and Barry H. Marlock.

The bride is the daughter of
Mr. and Mrs. W. J. Cameron of
Hensall; the groom is the son of
Mr. and Mrs. R. Marlock of
Crediton. Traditional wedding
music was played by Mrs.
Blanche Dougall. Mrs. Peg
• Coombs was soloist and sang
"I'll Walk With God" and "want
Hand in •Hand With Me." The
church was decorated with can-
delabra, pink carnations and
white and yellow shasta daisies.
Given in marriage by her
father, the bride was dressed in
• crisp white polyester sheer over
polyester ' taffeta embossed with
white daisies. Her gowp feat-
ured an empire waistline, bout
sleeves with :long .. tapered
cuffs, high collar and,a deep rit-
fle on the bottom. Baby blue
ribbon through lace trimmed the
sleeves, waistline and collar.
Her wedding ring head piece held
her veil and cathedral train,
which was edged in lace and blue
ribbon. She carried a cascade of
baby pink carnations and trail-
ing ivy.
Mrs. Betty, Ashbitsch was her

REUNION
The third annual Matheson-
MacLeod Reunion had been faan-
ned for Seaforth Lion's Park
but inclement weather prevented ,
and the event was held at Sea-
forth Arena on Saturday. The
