Council meeting Monday evening established a rate of 102 mills residential and 112 mills commercial. The rates last year were 9 2 mills and 102 mills respectively. Mr. B. .L. Vennema, Toronto. 4 -H club The second meeting of Staffa 01 4-H Garden Club was high- lig:tted by a visit to '•Exeter Flowers" when Ben Hoogenboom gave a very informative talk and tour about his shrubs and flowers. He outlined the fact that with proper planning, it's possible to have a continuous show of colour, from early spring until late fall.
