Mr. and Mrs. Walter Turner also moved into their home on Main Street this week rnd , Mr. and Mrs. Herbert Nirkham, London, are building a permanent home on Bayfield Terrace. Miss Lois Miller of Arlington, Virginia, and Charles Mother- seed of Washington, D.C., were rests 'the past week of Mr. Mothersead's aunt, Mrs. Ray- mond Bristol. Mr. and Mrs. Stuart Sturg- eon and family of Hespeler, spent Sunday with his parents, Mr. and Mrs. Edward Sturgeon. Also visiting them were Mr. and Mrs. Frank Henderson and family of Science Hill. Mr. Carson, Sr. and his daughter, Miss Lula Carson, London, spent Sunday at their -village home, "Duncairn". Mr. and Mrs. Martin And- rews, London, were staying at their cottage last weekend. Ed Reid returned to Detroit on Monday after spending the weekend with Mr. and Mrs. Malcolm Toms. Mr. and Mrs. E. Oddleifson recently spent the weekend in Mount Brydges with Mrs. Odd- leifson's cousins, Mr. and Mrs. W. Coulter. Mrs. Gordon Stewart and Mrs. Florence Farrell, RR 2, Ripley, spent last Wednesday with Mr. and Mrs. E. W. Erick- son. Recent guests of Mr. and Mrs. Russell Kerr were Mr. and Mrs. Robert Goodacre and Newson Ricky, of Petrolia; Mr. and Mrs. S. Kernahan and Dr. and Mrs. S. Wall, Forest. Meadow Fescue — Estimates place the seed crop at 1.5 mil- lion pounds, practically, un- changed from 1963. Russian Wild Rye — Seed production is expected to be down by 70,000 pounds. In Al- berta, the main producing area, the crop is estimated at 300,000 pounds-50,000 less than last year. In Saskatchewan, the crop is expected to fall 20,000 pounds short of last year's 100,000 pounds.
