"I wish to remain an active and interested member of the assoc- iation, and feel stran gly that this organiz- ation should be main- tained at fullest and most effective streng- th.It should be repres entative of both perm- anent and summer resi- dente and should do it's best to maintain its dual responsibil- ity in view of the special character and unusual problems of our village. "It should be clear to everyone, as it cer tainly is to the dir- ectorate, that if we had not organized a ratepayers' associat- ion we should not have achieved re-in- corporation this year.
