The evening was spent playing progress- ive euchre. Mr. Mrs. Lindsay were asked to come for- ward & after a humerous address read by Mrs. Lloyd Makins, Mrs. Ted Dunn and Mrs. Rug gel Jenkins Pre- sented them with a pair of matching table lamps and a maga7ine rack. Mr Lindsay then thank ed everyone oresen t for the lovely Mr.&Mrs. Bert Dunn planned for them both. Everyone joined in singing ”for they are Jol- ly good fellows”. The hostess then served a delicious lunch assissted by Mrs. Ted Dunn, Mts Arnold Makins, Mrs Russel Grainger, Mrs. Ruggel Jenk- ins & Miss Ellen Lindsay. A spe- cially decorated cake for the oc- cation was present ed to Mr. & Mrs. Lindsay before cut & served.
