Allied's Farm Leasing Programme 1. THERE IS NO "DOWN PAYMENT" WITH LEASING SO YOUR CASH RESOURCES ARE PRESERVED! 2. LEASING EXTENDS YOUR FARM CREDIT AND SIMPLIFIES YOUR BOOKKEEPING 3. ALL EQUIPMENT IS INSURED FOR COLLISION, UPSET, FIRE, THEFT, ETC. 4. ALL LEASING PAYMENTS ARE 100% TAX DEDUCTIBLE! LEASING IS YOUR NEW POWERFUL WEAPON TO MODERNIZE ON A TRULY ECONOMICAL BASIS For example take a $6,000.00 tractor. If you purchased the tractor you would be required to put up a "down payment" of approximately one-third, or $2,000.00. By leasing you would not have to put up this down payment, so this $2,000.00 could be used for other purposes. Suppose you used this money to pay cash for feed for your dairy cattle. The feed dealer usually gives a 2% discount for cash every month — 2% per month is 24% per year — an excellent return on your saving. LEASING CAN BE MORE ECONOMICAL THAN BORROWING THE MONEY FROM A BANK, CREDIT UNION, ETC., TO BUY THE EQUIPMENT For more details about Leasing or Dairy Credit, write or phone CHARLES R. (3) To render intell igent assistance when emergencies arise. Some indication of the effectiveness of these dedicated young men may be gained from information com- piled in Southern Ontario's Provincial Parks in 1964. During One of the major safety problems in Ontario Provincial Parks results from children who are neg- lected by their par- ents, being lost, injured, or drowned. It is thought by many Department staff that the relaxing atmos- phere in parks pro- duces a carefree and careless attitude in the minds of many normally conscientious the summer months of this one year, 20 lives were saved by water rescues, many of the victims requiring artificial respiration to restore life. In Huron County Parts of the county are still suffering from prolonged dry periods while other areas have received ample moisture to bring crops along in good condition. Haying is progress- ing favourably - spring grains have started to head and in most cases will be short strayed. Fall wheat looks quite promising, and pastures have stood up surprisingly well under the dry condi- tions. Haying is progress- ing rapidly with a be low average crop. W. MacDONALD ELECTRIC CO. Fortunately, traffic moves at a slower speed in parks for youngsters forget the wise advice of teachers and parents to stop and look both ways before crossing the street and heed- lessly run across roads. Tools such as knives and axes which are stored out of reach of curious hands in the home are left within reach of the little fingers at the campsite. The fascination of the campsite is known by all.
