1892.
At the beginning of the New Year
we all make fresh resolves resolutions or
what you will, that we will endeavor for
the new year ,to do something better
than ever before: let us, with this our
first talk with you this year, tell you that
we will do our utmost to make this the
most satisfactory, and profitable. -year c
any to you, " We will,by close attention to
your wants, prompt and respectful ser-
vico, prices as low as any consistent with
good quality and fair, square dealing, en-
deavor to merit a share of your patronage
and which you have • so generously ao-
corded this store in the past and for
which we thank you.
Each season's stook is so closely woven
together that it is hard to tell whet the
winter stops and spring and summer
, begins. We will soon begin to receive
spring goods and in order to make room
tor them we want to clear out a lot of
odd. lines, we might mention some. Boys'
'and men's overcoats, a few odd sizes in
ladies mantles, misses, boys', ladies' and
men's underwear, unions and all wool
shawls, 'rubbers and overshoes. Our
grocery trade is increasing steadily but
we waistto make this year the best of
all, you will always find this stock com-
plete and the goods fresh ^ and pure, and
, at all times lust as represented. The
35c. tea is just as good as ever and meet-
ing with appreciation from the most
exacting. Don't forget the crockery and
glassware eoorn up -stairs.
