May the wonder of Christmas be shared by all. • 1 ri I-THE HURON EAVSITOR, SEA"RTH, ON DEC' 23, 1971 Dublin Area Parents, Children Jdin In Kindergarten Party A Christmas concert on Fri- day was enjoyed by both parents and students of the Dublin Kinder- garten Class. It was a Christmas-like at- mosphere when the children and teacher, Miss G. Fuhe, presented the concert. Christmas Greetings, songs and verses were well pre- pared and given by everyone. Each student took part in the concert doing a number of dif- ferent things. The Nativity play, which was the Christmas Story, was pre- sented by the class to the on- lookers. Costumes were made and worn by the students to suit each part in the play. The tree was at the front of the room being well decorated as was the whole classroom. After a well given perfor- mance, the moment that all had been waiting for came whenSauta Claus made his appearance loaded down with two bags full of gifts. Santa then asked what each child wanted for Christmas and promised to do what he could to fulfill the wishes. Then everyone, including Miss Fuhr, was handed a gift by Santa. News of St. Columban Win At PTA Xmas Bingo Correspondent Mrs. Joseph Kale At the recent P.T.A. Bingo the following won turkeys: Kevin Shea, Don Krauskopf, Mrs. Fran- cis Hicknell, Mrs. Bill Albert, Mrs. Alphonse Cronin, Mrs. Clarence Ryan, Louise Feeney, Mrs.• Jas. Devereaux, Ronald Murray, Mrs. Danny Cronin, Gary O'Reilly, Mrs. Ken Doig, Gail Nolan, Bill Murphy, Ruth Harburn. Special prizes went to Joe L. O'Reilly, Jeanette Duffy, Liz Vanderzon, and Gail Nolan. The winner of the share the wealth was Lynn Swart. Door Prizes were won by Mrs. T. J. Personals Mrs. Gerald Gaffney, Peter- borough, spent a couple of days with her parents, Mr. and Mrs. James Sloan, while her husband attended meetings in Stratford of the Gaffney Construction Co. Students from the various col- leges are at their homes -for three weeks' holidays. Bill Siemon is renovating a house he owns for a club house for snowmobile owners, and to store snowmobiles when not in use.
