M. E. Reuber officiating at the double- ring ceremony. The bride, given in marriage. by her father, chose a white floor-length gown of crepe with empire line and long puffed sleeves. Lace daisies started from the high neckline to the empire waistline and also trim- med the bottom of the dress. She Carried a bouquet or yellow chrysanthemums. Mrs. Marlene Glanville, sister of the bride, Seaforth, was the maid of honor and the bridesmaids were Miss Dolores Beuerman, R.R. 414, Walton and Miss Nancy Elliott, Brussels, sister of the bride. They were gowned alike in mauve floor- length gowns of crimpeline with long straignt sleeves. The dresses were trimmed with white daisies.. They carried white daisies and had white daisy buds in their hair. Mr. David Wildfong, Mitchell was the groomsman and the gueSts were ushered by Mr. Roy Glanville, Seaforth and Mr. Robert Elliott, Brussels, brother of the bride. The organist was Mrs. James Stewart. • For the honeymoon to Niagara Fails the tbride chose a peach pant suit of polyester with black accessories. The rece-ption was held in the Brussels Legion Hall. The couple will reside at R.R.#4, Walton, Ontario. Guests were present from Stratford, St. Mary's, Kitchener, and Maidstone, Sask. • Keep a tank of hot wafer handy . Rev. H. J. Laragh officiated at the ceremony and Mrs. Alice Stiles was organist. The bride is the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. John F. Flannery, R.R.#4, Seaforth. Parents of the groom are Mr. and Mrs. Bertram Telford, Deep River, Ontario. Miss Margaret E. Flannery, Seaforth and Mr. Frank Deeg, Toronto, were the attendants.' Guests were ushered by Mr. Patrick and Mr. Joseph Flan- nery. Following the ceremony a dinner and reception was held at the Seaforth Golf Club. Mr. and Mrs. Telford are residing in Niagara Falls. Willems, son of Mr. and Mrs. John Willems of R.R. 4, Seaforth at the double- ring ceremony in St. Joseph's Roman Catholic Church, Port Burwell, on October 23rd, 1971 at 3 P.M. with Rev. V. Cote officiating. The church was decorated with baskets of white mums. The bride, given in marriage by her father, wore a gown of organza crepe with natural waist- line, stand up collar and straight sleeves with flower appliques on the collar, down the centre front and around waistline and collar. The train which fell from the - LAMERS waist also had flower appliques on it. A pearl crown held her bouffant veil and she carried a bouquet of red roses, stephanotis and ivy. Mrs. Corrie Kusters, Arkona, was her sisters matron of honor. Gerda Willems and Josephine Willems, sisters of the groom were bridesmaids and Caroline Willems, niece of the groom, was flowergirl. They were dressed alike in mauve polyester crepe with empire waistline, straight sleeves, stand up collar trimmed with purple ribbons. Mauve bows attached to rhinestone crowns and bouquets of sweet peas, stephanotis and ivy completed their outfits. The flowergirl carried a basket of flowers similar to the bride. Johnny Hoefnagels, nephew of the bride, was ringbearer. The groomsman was Peter Willems, Dublin, brother of the groom ,and ushers were Willy Lamers, R.R.6, Aylmer and Andy Lamers, also of R.R.6, Aylmer, both brothers of the bride. Mrs. Alice Stiles, Seaforth, was organist and accompanied the soloist, Marianne' Segeren, when she sang Ave Maris Stella", "In the Garden", "Amazing Grace" and "God' Created Earth and Heaven". The dinner and evening re- ception was held in Strafford- ville Hall. The bride's mother chose a cream crimp coat and dress ensemble with beige acces- sories and a corsage of pink carnations. The groom's mother' wore' a gold shantung coat and dress ensemble with gold acces- sories and a corsage of pink carnations. For their wedding trip to Nashville, the bride wore a wool lime green dress and sleeveless wool plaid coat with black accessories and a corsage of white carnations. Guests were present from watford, StrathrOy, St. Thomas, London, Springfield, Dublin, Seaforth,Straffordville, CoboUrg, Sarnia, St. Catherines, Stratford and S imuoe. The couple will reside at R.R. No.5. Rev. Father A. Durand of- ficiated for the double-ring ceremony. Wedding music was supplied by organist, Mrs. waiter MacDougald and soloist Miss Janice MacDougald pf Fullarton. Given in marriage by her father the bride looked lovely in her floor-length wedding gown fashioned from crystal peau. Venice lace trimmed.the wedding band neckline, edge of sheath sleeves, forming the empire look and styling the front on the A- line skirt. Lace motifs also appliqued the bklice and panel of the skirt. A floral cluster held in place a F rench0.1hisionblusher Veil. She carried a cascade of pink sweetheart roses, and white divinity with trailing ivy. Matron of honour, Mrs.' Gordon Maloney, Stratford, sister of the bride was gowned in a floor-length pant dress. The fitted bodice in blue sheer had a flat band down the front, edged in rued sheer that blended with the round ruffled neckline. The long sleeves had wide bands at wrist and were edged in matching print band at waist. Bridesmaids Miss ' Mary Oesch, sister of the bride and Miss Mary Hodgins, sister of the groom, were gowned alike in pink pant gowns. They all carried cascades of straw flowers, baby poms and white divinity, also wearing white divinity in their hair. Mr. 'Gordon Maloney,Strat- ford, wa s best man and Messrs. Randy Parsons and Ron Ameron- gen ushered the' guests. A WeAding Reception and Smiles . e .
